Scotty and his team have clearly built something special here, with customers returning trip after trip for beach gear rentals and water adventures. The convenience factor gets mentioned constantly – they deliver everything from boogie boards and beach chairs to kayaks and snorkeling equipment right to your condo door, and they're remarkably flexible about timing. Several reviewers mention discovering the service after wasting money on cheap equipment from stores, wishing they'd known about it sooner. The quality stands out across the board. Equipment arrives in excellent condition, and when the rare issue pops up (like faulty snorkel gear), they replace it immediately without fuss. Beyond rentals, Scotty personally leads some kayak and snorkel tours where guests get up close with sea turtles. Communication is consistently praised as quick and helpful, with the team going extra miles like arranging locks for shared storage areas. Talk about a vacation in paradise! Our stay at Kahalu"u Reef 301 was magical! This condo was perfect! Really clean and well appointed. Complete kitchen ( Kona coffee and fresh local fruit every morning, sigh) all the beach gear you need, nice stereo system, comfy couch (we never touched the giant tv. Who watches TV when you have this view!?) Plenty room for dancing around to the island music. The setup on the lanai was perfect for hanging out, eating, watching the surfers and snorkelers at the beach just across the street, and watching all the activity of the area. Joggers, walkers, bikers, locals wandering about. And boats! All manner of vessels go by. And beautiful vegetation all around. The Papaya trees,p plumaria, hybiscus and a myriad of colorful flowers everywhere you look. Fantastic people watching from the 3rd floor! The road out front is the main drag through town, so every one drives this road, all day. The traffic dies down by 9, it gets super dark and quiet, and a brazillion stars come out!
