What a fantastic experience! I called last minute hoping for a day before Easter and I’m not certain, but I’m pretty sure that Crystal adjusted some of their plans to fit us in. I wanted to test a new and relatively uncommon vehicle (an Ineos Grenadier) on the West Rim and was unsure of its limits. TJ and Crystal met us right on time and took the time to listen to my concerns and hopes and made a plan that was perfect for my family, and my vehicle for an unforgettable evening. TJ is an absolute boss for picking the perfect line and spotting me through the obstacles. Crystal kept the whole family engaged, interested, and often laughing. If you are on the fence, you should absolutely give them a chance to impress you as well! As a side note - the Grenadier did great and came out impressing us all which was a huge win for me!
