This family-run operation has built a stellar reputation with both locals and visitors who keep coming back year after year. The owners get consistent praise for being genuinely nice and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. They're flexible too, working around weather issues and accommodating last-minute bookings when possible. Captain Zach stands out as a major highlight, especially for dolphin tours. He has an impressive knack for finding wildlife and knows exactly where to spot dolphins and sea turtles, often delivering encounters right alongside the boat. Reviewers with toddlers and special needs kids specifically mention his patience and ability to make everyone feel comfortable. Beyond wildlife watching, the boats themselves are well-maintained, spacious enough for larger groups, and come with nice touches like Bluetooth speakers. The convenient location makes it easy to reach Shell Island and other popular spots, which locals particularly appreciate when comparing options in the area.
Rented a double canopy pontoon from them. They had the best reviews, and we're close to Panama City (close to where we were staying) instead of Beach. It was super easy to do online, and even sign two waivers. All online! Love that. The husband and wife duo were super nice, and informative. We toured Shell Island on our own. It was helpful we used to own a pontoon, so we understood how it worked, and how to anchor carefully. Loved the double ladders, and huge room for my 2 dogs, teen daughter, and husband. It would fit a huge amount of people, but I wanted the extra shade. Saw dolphins, spent a few hours on beach. Just pay attention to large buildings when you first leave so you can get your bearings on your way back. I recognized a large turquoise restaurant. Hubby didn't recognize anything. Loved that I could bring my fur babies. They loved it. What a fantastic relaxing day!
