This ghost tour operation has built a solid reputation with guides like Emily, David, Erika, and India earning consistent praise for their historical knowledge and engaging personalities. Most guests appreciate that everyone gets their own ghost hunting equipment (EMF readers, spirit boxes, dowsing rods), which adds an interactive element that keeps things interesting throughout the evening. The tours cover various Phoenix and Tempe locations, with many visitors reporting genuine paranormal experiences and fascinating local history they'd never heard before, even longtime residents. A couple of reviews point to organizational hiccups worth noting. One guest had trouble locating the meeting point and felt rushed through the experience with staff creating artificial scares, while another mentioned lack of clarity about walking distances and logistics like parking. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than patterns, but it's worth knowing the tours involve outdoor walking in downtown areas. The overwhelming majority of guests had authentic, well-paced experiences with knowledgeable guides who balance spooky storytelling with historical context. The tours typically end at a speakeasy, which guests consistently enjoy as a fun way to wrap up the evening.
