Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. Guests under 50 lbs must bring their own USCG-approved life jacket. No diving, drugs, or excessive drinking is permitted, and all passengers must sign a waiver before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours notice or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for no-shows.
