Fishing licenses are required; you’ll be told the day before whether to buy Ontario or Michigan. Gratuities are not included; first mates work for tips. Perch can be filleted upon request and additional charges may apply—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.

FAQs
Buy your 1-day fishing license only the day before your trip. You’ll be told the day before whether you need an Ontario license (everyone 18+ years old) or a Michigan license (everyone 17+ years old).
Wear proper clothing for the day and bring layers (hat, jacket, sweatshirt) plus rain gear. Choose boat shoes, tennis shoes, or water shoes; don’t wear flip flops, work boots, or black-soled shoes.
Bring sunglasses and sunblock, food/snacks/drinks/water, a camera, and any daily medications (including motion-sickness pills if needed).
