A minimum of 12 guests is required for departure. Arrive 20–25 minutes early with a government-issued photo ID; no personal coolers. Wheelchair access is available with limitations.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled by the captain or due to weather, you will receive a full refund or can rebook based on availability. Parties of 9 or fewer: free cancellation or rebooking 48+ hours before departure; no refund within 48 hours, including late arrivals and no-shows. Parties of 10 or more: no refund within 7 days; rebooking not available within 7 days.
