Things to know
Ages 14+ with the ability to ride a regular bike. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18, and there is one rider per eBike with a maximum rider weight of 300 lbs. A minimum of two riders is required for the tour to run.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be refunded. Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather at the guide’s discretion; if cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
FAQs
Meet at 600 Williamson St, Suite C in the Gateway Mall on the Blair Street side (facing the Capitol). Look for the blue sandwich board signs. If the lot is full, use nearby street parking or the Blair Parking Lot or East Wilson Parking Lot.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and training.
Wear comfortable clothing (layers recommended) and closed-toed shoes. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera if you wish.
