Things to know
Participants must weigh at least 50 lb, be able to climb into the balloon basket and raft unassisted, and sign digital waivers before 6 PM the day prior. Pregnant individuals and those with limited mobility cannot join.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus a $25 fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Weather-related cancellations are refunded or may be rescheduled.
