The staff here consistently impresses visitors with their friendliness and helpfulness. Multiple reviewers mention how the crew meets guests at their vehicles with wheelbarrows or carts to help transport gear to and from the boats, which is a thoughtful touch that makes the whole process smoother. Check-in is generally described as easy and efficient, with team members taking time to explain waterway rules and boat operations thoroughly. Even when things don't go perfectly, the employees handle situations with patience and professionalism. Most renters have fantastic days on the water, visiting Crab Island or watching the Blue Angels, with dolphins often making an appearance. The pontoons come equipped with quality speakers, and the boats with slides are particularly popular with families. Just be realistic about timing if you're heading to Crab Island on a half-day rental—it takes longer than you might expect, especially with headwinds, so a full day gives you more breathing room. A couple of isolated incidents involved mechanical issues, and one renter noted the triple slide pontoon was noisier and wetter during travel than expected. Still, the overwhelming majority of guests return happy and plan to rent again.
