    Review summary

    4.9
    Excellent
    350 reviews•Google Maps

With an exceptional track record and glowing feedback, this e-bike operation stands out for its incredibly friendly, helpful staff who make first-timers feel comfortable. People consistently praise team members like Brian, Taylor, Stella, and Hannah for their patience, clear instructions, and thorough knowledge of both the bikes and the routes. The equipment is well-maintained and newer, with pedal assist making the hilly terrain manageable even for those new to cycling. The self-guided format using paper and mobile maps works beautifully, giving riders freedom to explore multiple waterfalls at their own pace without worrying about permits or parking hassles. The experience itself is magical, with bike paths accessing nature you can't reach by car. Most travelers recommend booking the full or half day to really take advantage of everything. One consistent heads-up: you'll be sharing roads with vehicle traffic, which most found courteous but occasionally aggressive. This is better suited for confident cyclists rather than young children or those uncomfortable riding on roads. Multiple reviewers mention it's worth every minute, calling it a perfect way to see the waterfall corridor.

Note: I would NOT recommend this tour to children, elderly people, or anyone who is inexperienced with riding a bike/riding on the road. We found the cars on the road to be VERY aggressive. We stuck as close to the edge of the road as we could (single file) but had multiple cars refuse to pass us (even on straightaways), honk/lay on the horn, give us the 🐦, and in other instances pass with a foot or less between their vehicles and our handlebars. We heard from another group that one person in their group had been too frightened and that person turned back early due to the cars. It's completely out of Ebike Multnomah Falls' control but worth mentioning I think. Now, about the tour itself: The tour is self guided with paper and mobile device maps. The bikes were in great condition and easy to use. Pedal assist makes big hills very manageable. Helmets provided. Bike locks provided. Friendly staff provided clear instructions and gave a great intro to the E-bikes. Route is beautiful and stopping to see the waterfalls along the way was magical ✨✨✨. We took a 3.5hr trip and hit Vista House and all 6 waterfalls. I would highly recommend! If you need snacks + drinks, I recommend bringing a small backpack.
