A damage deposit is required and collected on arrival by credit or debit card only; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old. The bike cannot be taken off road or on the back side of Hana.
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units up to 2 days: cancel 24+ hours before start and forfeit 10% deposit; within 24 hours, no refunds. For 3+ days or 3+ units: cancel 120+ hours before start and forfeit 50% deposit; within 120 hours, no refunds.
