Things to know
Ages 18+ only, and guests must be 250 lbs or under. Bug spray is not permitted, and only water shoes are allowed.

Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before the tour for a full refund. Less than 48 hours: no refunds. If GlowRow cancels due to insufficient participants, you can get a full refund (default option).

Arrive about 20–30 minutes before your tour start time for check-in.
Wear a swimsuit or activewear you don’t mind getting wet. In spring or fall, bring a light jacket or raincoat for cooler weather and possible rain.
Shoes are not allowed in the kayaks to reduce scratching. Wear easily removable shoes for walking to and from your vehicle, and use water shoes that stay securely on your feet if you want footwear on board.
