The crew here absolutely makes the experience. Across nearly all reviews, guests rave about specific team members by name, particularly Dan, Dawson, Sundance, Kyle, and Marty. These aren't just capable instructors running through the motions – people consistently describe them as funny, friendly, and genuinely entertaining. One group even convinced the crew to let them parasail in mermaid tails, which gives you an idea of how accommodating and fun-loving they are. First-timers specifically mention feeling comfortable and well taken care of, which matters when you're being lifted hundreds of feet above the ocean. The parasailing itself gets universal praise for stunning views and being an absolute blast. Multiple reviewers say they're already planning return trips, and honeymoon couples, nervous first-timers, and experienced thrill-seekers all seem equally thrilled. The one minor gripe that surfaces is wishing the experience lasted longer, though that's really more of a compliment than a complaint. If you're considering this activity, the "water dip" option gets a specific shout-out as something worth doing. The overall vibe is that this is a professionally run operation where safety meets comedy, and the crew genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences rather than just checking boxes.
