Things to know
Ages 5+ only. Guests under 18 need someone 18 or older at check-in to sign a participation waiver. Gratuity is customary for your crew (15–20%).
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. You can adjust dates and times with at least four hours notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged full price. If more than 50% is canceled after departure, you may get a partial refund for time lost.

Wear a bathing suit and plan to get wet. Bring sunscreen and bottled water. If you wear glasses or sunglasses, use a strap or leave them on the boat when you board the banana.
Leave shoes and towels at the dock (including water shoes). The boat has limited storage and there are no lockers, so leave valuables locked in your car.
Bring one phone or camera if you want photos. The crew can take pictures using your phone and keep it safe on the boat; otherwise, leave electronics at the dock since you are out in salt water.
