Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations after that are charged in full. Weather calls are at Outside's discretion; if we cancel for weather, we will try to reschedule or there will be no charge. If your trip returns early due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a partial refund.
