With a stellar reputation built over 15+ years, this outfit clearly knows how to deliver memorable dolphin encounters and eco-tours. Captain Ty, Josh, and Mike lead tours alongside knowledgeable naturalists like Ashley, Christina, and Savannah, who bring the local wildlife and ecosystem to life with fascinating details about dolphins, birds, manatees, and mangrove habitats. Guests consistently rave about seeing multiple dolphin pods, often playing in the boat's wake, plus spotting ospreys, bald eagles, and other wildlife. The shelling island stops are a particular hit with families. The crew's friendly, professional approach stands out across reviews. They take time to answer questions, accommodate special requests (like hunting down manatees for an eager kid), and create a relaxed atmosphere on clean, spacious pontoon boats. Parking can get tight, so arriving early helps. While one tour had exceptionally abundant dolphin activity, the captain honestly noted that experiences vary, though every review suggests wildlife sightings are reliably impressive regardless.
We went on the Dolphin & Shelling Cruise at 9 a.m. and it was amazing!! Saw probably 15-20 dolphins and stopped at an island for shelling. We had Josh and Savannah on ours, Josh was driving the boat and Savannah was the naturalist and gave a shell presentation, told us about the dolphins, birds, mangroves, and some fun facts about the shell mounds from when indigenous people lived here thousands of years ago. Savannah was super friendly and knowledgeable and I chatted with her for a little bit about shells, and she even gave me one to keep that she had found earlier that day at the end of the tour! I would 100% book again, this was an awesome experience! Highlight of our trip to Sanibel/Fort Myers for sure!
