Tours are non-refundable. You may reschedule free of charge if you request changes at least 24 hours before your tour. No-shows cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, tours may be moved up to 2 hours earlier or later. If a tour is canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled on the next available tour or offered a refund.
