Children under 8 are not allowed in the auditorium during live broadcasts; they will be seated in a separate soundproof room. The tour operates twice weekly: Sunday morning is a live broadcast and Thursday evening is a rehearsal.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to the tour departure for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
