Things to know
Arrive 20 minutes before your start time and check in at the office. The driver must be at least 21 and hold a valid driver's license; bring a photo ID. Dress in layers and wear suitable shoes; bring food, beverages, and sunscreen.
Cancellation Policy
Provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Deposits will not be refunded after the 24-hour window. If your reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time, no refund will be provided. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged in full.
