Explore the desert landscape on a guided llama hike along the Sulphur Creek bed, with gypsum crystal veins and views of the Western Water Pocket Fold in Capitol Reef National Park. Meet your llama companions and choose to lead one as you walk.
You do not ride the llamas; you hike alongside them. Ages 7+ may lead their own llama; children 6 and under share with a parent. Guides can accept cash or Venmo for gratuity; clarify expected amounts with Greetwell before booking.
Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancel 15–29 days before for a 50% refund. Cancel 7–14 days before for a 25% refund. Within 7 days is non-refundable.

Bring a wide-brim hat, rain jacket, long pants and a breathable long-sleeve shirt (for bugs and sun), water bottles, camera, sunglasses, and closed-toe shoes. Trekking poles are optional.

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The horses and scenery were beautiful. It was the best horseback riding experience I've ever had and a great way to see a beautiful place.
