Ages 21+ only. Gratuity is not included. Pickup or drop-off outside the Sonoma or Napa Valley is available for an additional fee—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit charged at booking. Cancel or reschedule with at least 14 days notice for a refund/reschedule minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancel/reschedule more than 30 days prior for a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 14 days are charged full fare.
FAQs
Yes. Passengers age 21+ may drink responsibly in the vehicle. Bring proof of age; you must show it before the excursion begins.
Gratuity is not included. Pick-up or drop-off outside Sonoma or Napa Valley costs extra (confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking). If your transportation time goes over 6.5 hours, added time is charged at $95 per hour ($62.50 per half hour).
Your excursion can start and end almost anywhere in the Bay Area. You’ll get pick-up from where you’re staying and drop-off at your preferred location.
