Cancellation Policy
Cancel/reschedule with at least 14 days notice for a refund/reschedule minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancel/reschedule more than 30 days prior for a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 14 days are charged the full fare.

Dress casually and prioritize comfort. Expect some walking in the vines; no special footwear is required. Wear layers, and consider a hat and sunglasses since many experiences are outdoors.
Your outing operates rain or shine. In extreme weather, the operator may modify, shorten, or cancel the tour to avoid unsafe conditions or vehicle damage. If they can’t run the excursion due to bad weather, they will provide a full refund or the option to re-book.
